Had nice 2 nights in this hotel that's why I truly enjoyed that. My room included a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and a writing desk. The staff members were consistently courteous and helpful. Location: the property was very close to Concordia.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

The stay offered a few bright spots. The pancake machine at breakfast was fantastic. I enjoyed watching my pancakes cook right in front of me. The beds in my room were comfortable and clean. On the downside, there were several issues. The room had a noticeable odor, and electrical outlets were loose, a safety concern. The hot tub was not operational, and the indoor pool was quite cold. I noticed a leak in the bathroom sink faucet, and there was no toilet paper provided, frustrating. While the staff seemed nice, they were not always helpful or attentive to our needs.

The indoor pool was a nice way to unwind after a busy day, and the lounge area was cozy for some downtime. Just a heads up, my room didn't have a shower curtain, but we managed just fine—definitely check it out! 😊

My kids enjoyed watching the pancakes cook right in front of them. We also checked out the nearby Tri-City Country Club for a fun family outing.

My wife says that the pool was way too cold for the kids.

We enjoyed the awesome breakfast, especially the pancake machine. The proximity to Tri-City Country Club and Arcadian Moon Vineyards was perfect for our plans. A nice outing at the winery was a highlight.
